1 - First contact
You may contact Cosmetic Harmony through this web site or by phone. In order to obtain an accurate quotation on a complete package including the cosmetic procedures you are interested in, please send 3 pictures of the areas you wish to enhance (front, side and angle). Please also include a brief description of your desired surgery goals. Even though we cover all the pre requested medical exams, we advise our clients to get them done before traveling, this will ensure your eligibility for the desired cosmetic treatments.

2 - Information Exchange
Prior to the trip, our Patient Information Advisor will forward the pictures and exams to the doctor(s) who we feel are the most qualified to perform your procedure. Once the physicians examine the pictures and medical exams and confirm that you are fit to undergo the treatment you are interested in, we will then custom tailor a complete package for you including its total cost as well as length of stay and individual surgeon recommendations .

3 - Treatment confirmation
Once you are comfortable with the cost, surgeon etc you have an opportunity to have a final consultation with your doctor. At this time we request you ask any and all questions you may have. Also here is a great time to address your concerns as well. Please, this is the time to ask away so do not hesitate or hold anything back. We are here solely for you and our goal is to make this experience a very happy and positive one. We do not recommend going into surgery having any unanswered questions, doubts, or concerns. We ask that you compile an email or a letter which you may fax to us with anything you would like answered which we will then in turn have your surgeon read over and answer every single question you may have. At this time you will also be assigned a surgery date. You will also be required to pay your 30% deposit at this time. We also recommend at this time you price out your travel itinerary as prices range during the year and we recommend that you secure your airline ticket at this time as well.

4 - Agenda
Once the first payment is made (via bank transfer, Paypal, credit card, check or Western Union,) Cosmetic Harmony will confirm the date of the treatment. An assistant from our Patient Care Center will make the hotel reservations, assign a bilingual personal assistant, and organize the transfer services. Cosmetic Harmony will plan a personalized trip catered exactly for you and send the itinerary to you.

5 - Final payment
The second payment (the remaining 70%) must be made 15 days before the trip in order to confirm the reservations and to acquire all the materials needed for the procedure.

6 - The trip
After flying to Bogotá, you will arrive at the El Dorado International Airport (BOG), here your Cosmetic Harmony personal assistants will welcome you at the airport and transport you to your apartment or hotel. He/she will go over the schedule and details of your trip at this time as well as get you acquainted with your place you are staying. As always this will be an English speaking guide.

7 - Before the procedure
Prior to your requested procedure, you will have your medical exams completed (if you have not had them done previously in your home country). Again we recommend getting your exams done in your home town especially if you are aware of any existing medical conditions that you may have. We don't want you to come to Colombia and have any unexpected situations arise where the surgeon feels it is unsafe to perform the desired surgery. Nevertheless, we have customers that do it both ways and it is personal preference. Whether you have exams from your home or are having them done in Bogotá, you will be required to appear at a pre-surgery consultation with your doctor, or if you are having medical exams performed in Bogotá, you will be required to have two consultations. You will again be with an English speaking guide/translator and you will be able to ask and receive answers to all of your questions as well as answer any questions the doctors may have for you. Also your transportation to any and all of these appointments is provided by Cosmetic Harmony.

8 - The medical procedure
After having completed your medical exams, meeting the surgeon and anesthesiologist, you will have the desired procedure the following morning. We will transport you to the clinic and ensure you are relaxed and ready for your surgery. You will be escorted by your English speaking guide/translator that will be with you up to your surgery and be there when you awake from your anesthesia. If a great number of procedures were necessary, the surgeon may choose to keep you at the clinic for 24 hrs. You will be at this time, as always, accompanied by an English speaking guide/nurse/translator

9 - Recovery
Once the surgery is complete you will recover following the doctor's exact instructions. The first few days after surgery are the most important. During this time, it is common that you feel some discomfort maybe some pain and some mild depression. This is 100% normal as you are having some of the side effects from anesthesia and pain medication. We recommend at this time that you follow the doctor's exact instructions eating, drinking, resting etc. There will be a phone where you are staying where you may receive or make phone calls to and from your family and friends. The phone calls are not included in your fee and these will be billed to you once you are ready to leave to go back home. During your recovery, depending on the procedure(s) you had done, you will be required to have at least, one possibly more appointments with the surgeon for him/her to check your recovery status. The more procedures you have done, usually the more appointments you will have to attend.

10 - Discharge and return home
At the last consultation with your surgeon, the stitches will be removed (if applicable) and you will be granted a medical authorization from the doctor to return to your home country. Your personal assistant will chauffeur you from the hotel to the airport in order to fly back home.

Our commitment doesn't stop there. Cosmetic Harmony will keep in touch with you even after you have returned to your country, and will gladly answer any questions you may have about your recovery. We like to hear from you always and love see photos of your outcome as you heal more and more. In some cases depending on the type of surgery, you will see daily improvements in your looks for many months to come. Please send us your feedback, photos, etc. during this time.
