• We guarantee we regularly meet, interview, and review all the doctors, dentists, surgeons, and medical professionals we work with, and visit and review all the facilities where we schedule you.
• We guarantee your surgery and appointments are scheduled before you leave home.
• We guarantee the surgeon who consults with you is the same surgeon who operates on you.
• We guarantee your treatments will be completed as planned according to your travel schedule.
• We guarantee to follow-up with each client to ensure the treatment and care we promised you is delivered to your satisfaction.
• We guarantee we are completely independent to freely choose the best service providers, doctors, hospitals and clinics according to the needs of our clients.
• We guarantee all plastic surgeons are board certified by The Colombian Plastic Surgery Association (SCCP) www.cirugiaplastica.org.co with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

Initial deposit Policy

A $697.00 USD deposit is required to secure a reservation for all services. This initial deposit will only be valid for 8 months and is not refundable under any circumstance. There will be no additional charges if a change in date needs to be made as long as it is 14 business days prior to the scheduled date. If the changes are made within the 14 day period, a $697.00 fee will be charged. If the entire service is canceled please remember that your initial deposit is non refundable. Please make sure when booking a reservation that you read this policy carefully and plan accordingly.
