• We guarantee we regularly meet, interview, and review all the doctors, dentists, surgeons, and medical professionals we work with, and visit and review all the facilities where we schedule you.
• We guarantee your surgery and appointments are scheduled before you leave home.
• We guarantee the surgeon who consults with you is the same surgeon who operates on you.
• We guarantee your treatments will be completed as planned according to your travel schedule.
• We guarantee to follow-up with each client to ensure the treatment and care we promised you is delivered to your satisfaction.
• We guarantee we are completely independent to freely choose the best service providers, doctors, hospitals and clinics according to the needs of our clients.
• We guarantee all plastic surgeons are board certified by The Colombian Plastic Surgery Association (SCCP) www.cirugiaplastica.org.co with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

Cosmetic Surgery Refund Policy

An $497.00 USD deposit is required to secure a reservation for all services.  There will be no additional charges if a change in date needs to be made as long as it is 14 business days or more prior to the scheduled date. If the changes are made within the 14 day period, a $250.00 fee will be charged. If the entire service is canceled, there will be a $497.00 fee charged. Please make sure when booking a reservation that you read this policy carefully and plan accordingly.
