Refund Policy

A 30% deposit is required to secure a reservation for all services. There will be no additional charges if a change in date needs to be made as long as it is 14 business days or more prior to the scheduled date. If the changes are made within the 14 day or less period a $250 fee will be charged. If the entire service is canceled, then there will be a 10% fee charged and the remaining 20% of the deposit will be refunded. Please make sure when booking a reservation that you read this policy carefully and plan accordingly.
